Contractors have begun construction on El Paso, Texas', home team dugout, located along the third-base line of the city's new Triple-A field. When construction is complete, El Paso will own the state-of-the-art downtown ballpark, which will be the home of the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres baseball team.
