The quality of life varies drastically from city to city, and although the economy is showing signs of strength and other positive indicators are growing, many communities are still struggling.
Financial news site 24/7 Wall Street has complied a list of the 50 worst cities in which to live based on a variety of criteria, including median home value, poverty rate, crime rate, access to amenities and overall education level. We've listed the top 10 here.
