The 3.0-liter, turbo ZD30 diesel engine, designed by UniCarriers’ wholly owned subsidiary, Global Component Technologies, delivers increased fuel efficiency of approximately 10 percent versus the prior engine design, according to the company. The engine also reduces emissions below EPA Tier 4 standards.
Standard features of the GO4 Series and its ZD30 engine include:

The engine delivers dependable cold-weather starts, according to the company. The rugged G04 truck design has an oversized, heavy-duty differential and drivetrain, as well as thick mast rails. G04 models powered by the ZD30 engine are not available for use in California.
The company designs, manufactures and supports a line of material handling equipment. UniCarriers encompasses five brands: Nissan Forklift, TCM, Atlet, Barrett and UniCarriers.
