UPPCC new certifications-5

The Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) announces that 187 individuals successfully completed the fall 2010 UPPCC certification examinations administered Oct. 18-30, 2010. The Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO) and Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB) credentials are recognized throughout the public procurement profession as demonstration of an individual’s comprehensive knowledge of public procurement. Of the 187 newly certified individuals, 125 earned the CPPB certification and 62 earned the CPPO certification. This newest class of professionals brings the total number certified for CPPB and CPPO to 8,482 and 1,953 respectively.
