Fort Worth settles garden death lawsuit

The Forth Worth, Texas, City Council has approved a $750,000 settlement in a lawsuit that stemmed from the drowning deaths of four Chicago visitors last summer at the Fort Worth Water Gardens.

The Forth Worth, Texas, City Council has approved a $750,000 settlement in a lawsuit that stemmed from the drowning deaths of four Chicago visitors last summer at the Fort Worth Water Gardens. According to the Star-Telegram, the lawsuits are far from over, however. The family attorney for the victims is now seeking to establish fault with the architects and contractors of the $6 million park. Star-Telegram
