Two-year-old Gabriel Haynes may not be able to read yet, but he enjoys flipping through issues of American City & County and looking at the pictures when visiting his grandmother, Charli Haynes, who took this photo in April. Haynes (the elder) began subscribing to the magazine when she worked on GIS projects for a school district in Arizona.
