WaterISAC announces new service levels
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has announced the creation of Pro and Basic service levels for its WaterISAC national water security network for drinking water and wastewater utilities. WaterISAC subscribers receive threat warnings and information from the Web-based program.
WaterISAC Pro provides consultations from trained security analysts and time-sensitive information on threats to the nation’s water supply. “The WaterISAC Pro service is intended for water and wastewater utility CEOs, directors, managers, security and IT personnel,” WasterISAC Executive Director Diane VanDe Hei said in a statement. WaterISAC Basic is a free service that also provides security information.
More information and a free demonstration of the Pro and Basic services are available at www.WaterISAC.org.
