Urban areas in the U.S. contain about 80 percent of the population, according to data from U.S. Census data. While large cities remain popular places to live, not every city is as ideal of a place to live as others.
Financial news and information site WalletHub analyzed the 62 biggest cities in the U.S. and compared them based on 56 indicators that concerned economy, education, health, quality of life, safety and affordability to determine the best big cities in which to live.
