PPP for stormwater
A 15-acre retail land use anchored by Walmart and three outlots in the village of West Milwaukee, Wis., required the design of a stormwater facility to handle the anticipated runoff. To address the issue, the village entered into a public-private partnership (PPP) with Walmart to address stormwater runoff from the site and an additional five acres of future redevelopment.
