Crews recently descended 300 feet beneath Milwaukee to perform maintenance on Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's "Deep Tunnel," which stores stormwater overflow and protects against overflows into Lake Michigan.
Specialized work crews from Veolia Environnement recently descended 300 feet beneath Milwaukee to perform maintenance on Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District's (MMSD) "Deep Tunnel," which stores stormwater overflow.
