Albuquerque, N.M.’s Public Art Urban Enhancement Program called on volunteers to create mosaic artwork to complement recreation areas along a restored stormwater channel.
Albuquerque’s Public Art Urban Enhancement Program called on volunteers to create a project called “Rain to River” that installed mosaic artwork, made with a process called LithoMosaic, in plazas along a large stretch of the Hahn Arroyo, which funnels water from city streets to the Rio Grande River.
