The REIST 8000 Series triple-auger snowblower has three discharge options. A rotating fan housing enables the operator to discharge through the chute or by-pass the chute and discharge directly from the fan housing to either side. The side discharge requires less horsepower, which works well in locations where the precise placement of the discharged snow is not a requirement, such as country roads. Single-auger snow throwers that mount on skid steers or smaller tractors also are available.
