It is a customizable system that uses the vehicle’s onboard diagnostic computer to send Bluetooth-disabling signals to laptops, cell phones and other devices. When the vehicle is stationary, all communications are enabled, and ICE and emergency numbers are always permitted. The tamperproof device ensures compliance with both internal safety policies and relevant laws.
