The Toter 96-gallon waste-collection and storage cart withstands bears. The Bear Tight cart has a double-walled lid that has been tested to resist opening by bears and other wildlife. The Living With Wildlife Foundation tested the waste-collection cart, and gave it a three-star rating. The cart is designed for use in neighborhoods, parks and developments where bears are foraging through waste containers.
