To apply grout, add a dispensing system to telehandlers or forklifts
Groutzilla Placement System features built-in fork pockets that fit any size telehandler. Uses a mechanical delivery system to dispenses grout or masonry mortar at construction sites. Places grout in blocks, walls, forms and foundations. Handles 20 cu. ft. of material, ready to fill multiple courses of block spanning 20 ft. or more. Can be filled from either a ready-mix truck or mortar mixer. Replaceable hopper, made of steel, swivels on roller bearings. Three-position lock controls position of hopper, allowing 360° turns for cleaning and filling, 180° movement for grout placement and locked position for transport. Hopper has splash guard that reduces accidental spills and loss of material during transport. Self-wiping auger discharges all material to reduce cleanup time. When activated, hydraulically controlled valve seals hopper and stops material flow. Comes with 8-ft. rubber discharge hose. Other hose lengths available. Optional radio-frequency remote transfers control of grout placement from lift operator to the mason at the discharge point, eliminating the need for confusing hand signals.
