Claremore, Okla., is considering a pair of projects totaling $46 million that would raise a section of railroad tracks that run through the city. The tracks divide the town and snarl traffic, but the city manager says the city council has to decide if it can afford the project while also building a new wastewater plant, according to the Tulsa World. The projects would involve 15 grade level road crossings in and around the city and could take three years to finish.
