As counties in the Atlanta metro area enforce outdoor watering bans, residents continue to violate the rules, either deliberately or because they don’t understand them. Forsyth County code enforcement officers have issued more than 920 warnings on water usage since the restrictions started on June 11, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
