Residents of Charlottesville, Va., are being given a say in the shape of an interchange of a new parkway some people say shouldn’t be built at all. Opponents of the Meadowcreek Parkway say it will encourage urban sprawl, send more traffic into downtown Charlottesville and destroy part of a city park, according to The Daily Progress.
