Tazewell County and Bluefield, Va., and the Bluefield Sanitary Board may have to turn to a West Virginia newspaper to mediate any further problems in the development of a sewer treatment plant. According to the Richlands News-Press, the three agencies have been fighting over the board’s Westside Sewerage Treatment Plant in Tazewell County.
