At least four cities east of Dallas are taking big steps to meet mandatory water restrictions, including shutting down a water park and delaying landscaping projects.
At least four cities east of Dallas are taking big steps to meet mandatory water restrictions, including shutting down a water park and delaying landscaping projects.
