A study released this week by the Public Policy Institute of California shows that in the next 15 years California’s changing job market will not have enough educated workers to meet its needs. According to the Los Angeles Times, over that time, jobs that are expected to require a college degree will rise 39 percent while only 33 percent of the state’s workers are expected to have that level of education.
