The Lincoln, Neb., City Council recently voted for a 100 percent smoking ban in the city. It means smoking would be banned in all indoor, public places. A partial ban on smoking was passed in December and would have allowed smoking in businesses where food makes up less than 60 percent of total sales. It would also have given businesses leeway for separate smoking rooms. With the new ordinance, only outdoor beer gardens, some hotel rooms and research studies that involve smoking will be exempt. http://www.theomahachannel.com/news/3473227/detail.html?subid=22100461&qs=1&bp=t
