New York has contracted with Norwalk, Conn.-based EMCOR Group to upgrade electrical systems along a portion of The Wantagh State Parkway on Long Island, N.Y.

Napa, Calif., has contracted with New York-based PB, formerly known as Parsons Brinckerhoff, to manage construction of the First Street Bridge over the Napa River. The Illinois Department of Transportation has contracted with the company to engineer an improvement project on Interstate 94.

The Indiana Department of Transportation has contracted with San Francisco-based URS to design the widening and rebuilding of stretches of I-465 and I-69.
