The Gwinnett County, Ga., Environmental and Heritage Center has received a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold-level rating from the Washington-based U.S. Green Building Council.
Tacoma, Wash., Water has received the Platinum Award for Sustained Competitiveness from the Washington-based Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies (AMWA).
The Beufort-Jasper, S.C., Water and Sewer Authority; Charlotte-Mecklenburg, N.C., Utilities; Jordan Valley, Utah, Water Conservancy District; Kansas City, Kan., Board of Public Utilities; and Madison, Wis., Utility received Gold Awards for Competitveness Achievement from AMWA.
