As more people regularly use smart phones, tablets and other gadgets, they are accessing government information and services in new and increasingly diverse ways. An expert from Microsoft's State & Local Government team will present a session titled, “Obstacles & Opportunities: Leverage new technologies to better deliver public services.” During the 45-minute webinar, attendees will learn how they can offer services in new ways that take advantage of mobile devices’ unique features while keeping information secure.
The webinar, which will be held from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EST on Oct. 11, is part of the State & Local Government Summit, a one-day online conference that includes six education sessions and a virtual exhibit hall.
