The Chicago City Council is instituting a recycling pilot program that will replace blue bags with blue bins beginning April in selected parts of the city.

The Chicago City Council is instituting a recycling pilot program that will replace blue bags with blue bins beginning April in selected parts of the city. According to the Chicago Tribune, 850 households will be asked to put paper, plastic and metal recyclables into 96-gallon blue bins distributed by the city. Chicago Tribune
