After another weekend with fistfights and pepper spray in Ybor City, Fla., city officials have proposed reinstating a curfew and increasing police patrols in the entertainment district. Police say crowds of teenagers emptying into the streets out of a new nightclub only added to the violence among the weekend revelers in Ybor City. Reports say children as young as seven are among the more than 200 who leave the club in droves after midnight. Officials have started exploring ways to revive a city curfew that courts declared unconstitutional in August 2002.
