MODEX conference heads to Atlanta

Past Event:

MODEX 2014 will include more than 800 exhibits and cover 250,000 square feet.  Exhibitors will display products in the following categories: 

Material Handling Equipment and Systems;

Packaging, Containers, and Shipping Equipment;

Inventory Management and Controlling Technologies;

Dock and Warehouse Equipment and Supplies;

Automatic Identification Equipment and Systems;

Supply Chain Management.


Some of the government-related exhibitors will include:

OSHA Alliance — US Department of Labor;

U.S. DOE Fuel Cell Technologies Program;

U.S. Postal Service;

Paulding County Economic Development Dept.

Government attendees will be represented at Modex 2014, including government procurement and supply chain executives.  Other attendee categories at the show will include:
    C-level and VP-level manufacturing, logistics and supply chain executives;
    Manufacturing and production managers;
    Industrial, plant and manufacturing engineers;
    IT, logistics and supply chain directors;
    Third-party logistics professionals;
    Distribution center and warehousing managers;
    Procurement professionals.

At the conference, Nuvera will highlight their PowerTap solution, which provides organizations with a low-cost way to produce their own hydrogen fuel at their facility. Visitors to MODEX 2014 Booth 8331 will learn why a growing number of companies are turning to PowerTap as a cost-effective source of hydrogen for refueling fleets of material handling equipment.

Almost 200 complimentary educational sessions will be provided at the conference. Keynote speakers include Edward H. Bastian, president of Delta Air Lines; former Walmart CEO Lee Scott; and Scott Sopher, principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP’s supply chain practice.
