Microsoft announces municipal winners of Dynamics Customer Excellence Awards
REDMOND, Wash. — Microsoft Corp. announced four municipal/municipal department winners of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Awards last week.
Winners were selected from the company's customer base. More than 500 state and local government organizations presently use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, according to the company, which advertises that the technology helps local governments cut costs and streamline services.
The four award winners are:
- Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals
- Commonwealth of Virginia
- Cancer Treatment Centers of America Inc.
- Illinois Department of Corrections
Among the municipalities to embrace CRM technology are Charlotte, N.C., the State of Indiana Economic Development Corp., the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, the Indiana Department of Corrections, the Florida Department of Children & Families Abuse Hotline, the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, and the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
