Malcolm Pirnie — Nigel Grace, a senior associate for the White Plains, N.Y.-based environmental consulting firm, has been named vice president for municipal drinking water services. Waye Sheu, senior associate, has been named vice president for geotechnical and environmental consulting.

Liebert North America — Scott Dysert has been named president of the Columbus, Ohio-based company, a division of Emerson Network Power. Previously, he was president of Liebert Global Services.

Woodard & Curran — Ron Hidu, a water and wastewater project manager and engineer for the Portland, Maine-based company, has been promoted to vice president.
