The International City/County Managers Association and the National Association of Counties are looking for case studies regarding wetlands and watershed protection for a guide to be published in cooperation with the EPA's Office of Water. Case studies should share management and protection strategies that have been successfully implemented.

Topics being considered for the publication include:

* innovative financing/funding/tax policies; * outreach and education; * land trusts/easements/acquisition; * mitigation banking; and * ecotourism.
