HMA conference set for October

Lanham, Md. - The fifth annual United States Hot Mix Asphalt Conference and Superpave Workshop has been scheduled for Oct. 29 - 31 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Phoenix. The Superpave workshop will be coordinated by the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The conference is designed for paving professionals from the public and private sectors. Conference presentations will be made by federal, state and local agency officials and by contractors, researchers and consultants. The conference is sponsored by the National Asphalt Pavement Association, the State Asphalt Pavement Association and the Asphalt Institute, in association with the Federal Highway Administration, the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, the National Association of County Engineers and the Arizona DOT.
