Berkeley, Mo., has contracted with St. Louis-based Kwame Building Group to manage construction of the city's new municipal complex. The complex will include a two-story, 29,500-square-foot city hall and a 17,200-square-foot fire station, and a new police station will be designed and constructed at the complex after the completion of the first two buildings. The complex is expected to be finished by spring 2011.

The Miami Office of Economic Development has contracted with Washington-based Community Retail Catalysts to research and develop a marketing position plan for five neighborhoods in the city.
