The National Environmental Training Center for Small Communities (NETCSC), Morgantown, W.Va., has developed a web page to be used by local officials and engineers to educate their communities about environmental issues. The NETCSC serves as an educational resource for small communities and other environmental service coordinators and educators.

Users can read messages posted by others, reply to requests or ask questions on a variety of environmental training topics. In addition to the discussion forum, several resources - training evaluation packages, a training resources catalog and E-train, the environmental training newsletter for small communities - are available through NETCSC's web site. Users also can find information on training curricula, links to other sites, and training tips and techniques. The NETCSC web site is located at www.netc.wvu.edu.
