DHS offers security training on the Web

New Web-based training is available from the Department of Homeland Security for anybody involved in protecting critical infrastructure, such as power plants and water supplies. Introduction to the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) includes information about how the NIPP protects critical infrastructure and identifies the roles of NIPP security partners. New Web-based training is available from the Department of Homeland Security for anybody involved in protecting critical infrastructure, such as power plants and water supplies. “Introduction to the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP)” includes information about how the NIPP protects critical infrastructure and identifies the roles of NIPP security partners. Participants taking the course for credit must take a final exam to receive a certificate. The free course is available at www.training.fema.gov/emiweb/IS/is860.asp
