The National Steel Bridge Alliance (NSBA) has published “Practical Steel Tub Girder Design,” which takes a comprehensive approach to the bridge design process, including layout, design and detailing. It also offers guidance on construction and loading stages. Chapters discuss selecting tub girders, application issues, tub geometrics, analysis techniques and bracing. The book features three example projects, a list of references, an appendix of computer design details and suggested designs.
