The Select Cut System mowing deck features a sloped front skirt that increases the space between the deck and cutting blade. In the space, grass rebounds after the deck passes over and before it hits the cutting blade. The deck's front skirt also features an adjustable leading edge, which, when raised or lowered, changes the deck's vacuum strength. The unit's removable inner baffle controls air flow and grass through the deck for even distribution of grass clippings. Four anti-scalp wheels also reduce turf defacing. In addition to an extended blade cutting edge, the unit is available with a Smart Jet deck washout system for washing grass and debris from under the deck.

The Park Sentry is a cushioning column protector designed to absorb impact of collisions with parking garage columns. Constructed of the same material used in automobile bumpers, the unit provides resistance against slight bumps and harder collisions, and returns to shape. The protector features a modular panel design with an interlocking system. The black or yellow protectors are resistant to oil, chemicals, water and flames. Using the company's Kee Klamp slip-on railing components, the iron-constructed system is a framework of horizontal bars that are supported by vertical posts for a contiguous gripping surface. The rails are corrosion-resistant and can be used with new construction or added to existing rail structures. The railing can be powder coated to match surrounding color.
