Los Angeles World Airports, the operating body of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), has accepted deliver of 12 CNG, articulated buses.
Transporting passengers between terminals and remote boarding gates, the CNG powered 60-BRT vehicles will replace a 22-year-old fleet of diesel buses. The 60-BRT vehicles are able to accommodate large passenger loads with space for carry-on bags, wheelchairs, and strollers.The articulated buses provide wheelchair access at both rear doors.
