Businesses across the DC metro region will have an opportunity to connect with 19 federal agencies as well as Maryland state and local agencies, prime contractors and industry experts.

The event is the 2013 Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce GovConNet Procurement Conference. It takes place on Friday, May 17, 2013, from 7:30am - 3:00pm. The location is The Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, Md.

The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) is the organizer. Congressman Chris Van Hollen is the honorary chair of this annual conference.

The conference attracts hundreds of businesses that connect with federal, state and local agencies as well as prime contractors and each other to foster business success. In addition to breakout sessions and a business/government expo, this year the conference will feature “Ask the Business Doctor” speed mentoring and “Matchmaking.”
