Chef-To-Chef premium beef products allow chefs to turn frozen beef into entrees in 15 to 20 minutes. The Chef-To-Chef beef is antibiotic- and growth-promotant-free. The Meyer beef also has been fed a vegetarian diet. Some of the Chef-To-Chef products include osso bucco and braised boneless short ribs. They have a shelf life of 28 days for refrigerated items and up to one year for frozen items.
