The LuminAID light is a solar-rechargeable, inflatable lamp that packs flat and inflates to create a lightweight, waterproof lantern. Safe, sustainable and portable, the LuminAID light provides up to 16 hours of LED light. The units charge on the go. The lamp weighs 2.9 ounces, and is waterproof in depths up to 1 meter.

The product is designed to provide comfort and safety for victims of an emergency. It also can be used to provide light during power outages and other disaster recovery activities. LuminAID partners with NGOs and charities to distribute donated LuminAID lights to individuals who will benefit from the product in places in the world where people lack access to electricity.
