Hiring range $40,959.00-$55,295.00, DOE. This is a highly responsible administrative and supervisory position in planning, coordinating, and directing the construction and maintenance of a municipal water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system. Work is performed under the general administrative direction of the Public Works Director with considerable latitude for the use of independent judgment and selection of work methods and procedures. Work is reviewed through results, inspections, conferences, and evaluations.

Minimum requirements: Six years of field experience that includes technical work in water distribution or collection facilities and two years supervisory experience. Possession of high school diploma or equivalent recognized certificate. Possess a valid class “E” state driver license at the time of appointment. Class B, CDL preferred. Ability to obtain any state or local licenses required in water distribution and wastewater collection systems. A comparable amount of training or experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements. Open until filled.
