Serve in the Mayor’s cabinet as the City’s Chief Contracting Agent for the centralized procurement of goods and services. In this rewarding and challenging position you will manage the Business Operations Division whose functions include procurement services, materials management, the emerging business enterprise program and document services. Requires Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in public administration, business administration or related field, and at least five years of substantial high level experience in procurement, business development and/or policy analysis including progressive responsibility for budgetary, financial and/or policy analysis functions and extensive management of professional and paraprofessional staff. (Equivalencies may be considered). City residency required within 6 months of appointment. Salary range is $89,161 - $124,823 with an excellent benefit package.
