Job includes:
Directing bookkeeping operations, being familiar with Government forms reporting to a Board of Directors, filling out Government reports, supervising landfill attendants, operators and all related personnel.
Working with the public and relating with members of the Disposal District.
Answers questions from the public
Overseeing Engineering plans & specifications, bids, maintenance of information & records.
Assists with landfill surveying work, etc.

Desired minimum Qualifications include;
Graduation from a 4 year college or university with a degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, public Administration or a closely related field;
Minimum of 6 years previous public works experience including at least two years in a solid waste utility, or any equivalent combination of education and experiences.
Must be able to lift or move 65 lbs. and on occasion up to 100 pounds

Special Requirements:
Must possess or obtain a valid State Commercial Drivers license
Must possess or obtain a Manager or Landfill Operation (MOLO) Certification.
Salary depends on Experience – offering $40,000 to $60,000
