If you have strong leadership skills, solid experience in providing administrative direction for the design and construction of public projects, and you want to make a positive difference in the community where you live, you may be the right person for this position.

The successful applicant will have both a technical and administrative background in project engineering, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in building consensus and conflict resolution in the public arena.
