Seeking a City Manager with strong visionary abilities, organizational leadership and extensive governmental management experience. City Council/Manager form of government. Annual budget of $31million; 200 full-time employees with full-services to include police, fire, leisure services, water and sewer treatment plants, refuse collection and planning/building department. Applicant must have demonstrated successful performance in public administration, budgeting/finance, intergovernmental relations, strategic planning, and strong leadership with the ability to maintain employee and public support. MBA or MPA preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of senior government leadership. Salary starts at $85,000 plus benefits, which are negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
