PROJECT MANAGER III
Salary Range: $55,465 Ð $82,246/yr (doq)

This is advanced professional and administrative work with limited supervisory responsibilities in the management of underground utility and comprehensive Neighborhood Improvement projects for the County. Work involves responsibility for providing direction and administration of construction projects through consultants and contractors. In addition, position will prepare and process requests for Letters of Interest involving contractors and consultants, review and process change orders, pay requests, claims, and evaluate contractor bids prior to award. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in civil engineering or field of specialization appropriate to area of assignment; four years progressively responsible experience in the design, construction and management of utility construction projects, including supervisory experience. Candidates with at least four years experience in the area of water, sewer, lift stations, water and wastewater treatment plants, paving and drainage will be given preference.
