The City of Dayton, Ohio (pop. 168,000) seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee an operation with a staff of approximately 50 employees responsible for the maintenance of small power equipment ranging in size from chain saws up to off road construction equipment such as articulating trucks and excavators. Trucks. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, organization and coordination, staffing and specification preparation for a successful, comprehensive fleet management and maintenance program. Requirements: BS in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field and four years experience in fleet management. Salary Range $55,286.40 - $76,024.00 depending on experience, competitive benefits. Must be a City of Dayton resident at time of appointment and remain one for duration of employment.
