White House Office of Management and Budget — Vivek Kundra, the District of Columbia's chief technology officer, has been appointed to serve as President Barack Obama's Federal Chief Information Officer.

OPW Fueling Components —

Jim Walton, vice president for environmental systems for the Cincinnati-based fueling equipment manufacturer, has been named vice president for regulatory affairs, a newly created position in the company.

Keith Moye has joined the company as vice president for sales and marketing. Previously, he was vice president for sales at Greensboro, N.C.-based Gilbarco Veeder Root.

Rahul Deshmukh, vice president for OPW Dispensing Products, has been named general manager of the company's newly formed OPW-FC business unit.
