Las Vegas police supervisors will get a 22 percent increase in salaries and benefits. The police department’s Fiscal Affairs Committee approved the contract after four months of negotiations with the Police Managers and Supervisors Association, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal. Those negotiations went smoothly, as opposed to contentious negotiations between the department and the Police Protective Association that, after a year, resulted in a similar pay package for patrol officers.
